AcnEase Review

History of AcnEase
AcnEase is an all natural acne treatment in the form of an oral supplement. This product has been formulated around a “traditional Chinese theory” using fructus gardeniae as its active ingredient. AcnEase is composed of a proprietary blend of ingredients that include the following: heartleaf, balsam pear, mustard leaf, dandelion, and scierotium. AcnEase can be purchased for $76 for a one month’s supply.
Benefits
As far as clinical studies have been able to determine that biggest benefit of the ingredient fructus gardeniae is its ability to positively increase the effects of insulin. This is a good thing for those who need it but it has no relevance to the elimination of acne. Dandelion is often found in detoxification and clarification systems to cleanse the body of foreign contaminants and can potentially help you achieve clearer and cleaner skin in this way but it cannot heal damage already caused by acne.
Possible Side Effects
As with any detox you may experience a higher instance of bowel movements as that is the method by which the toxins are released. It is important to take a solid multi-vitamin whenever you are embarking on a detox of any kind as a supplement cannot discern between nutrients and toxins. You also want to make sure that you are drinking plenty of fluids, preferably water, to avoid dehydration.
Conclusion
Overall AcnEase seems overpriced and underdeveloped. There is nothing in this formulation that leads us to believe it will be able to give you the results you are looking for. At $76 for a one month supply we are surprised that AcnEase is making enough of a profit to stay afloat. There are much more substantial and less expensive products out there. We do not recommend AcnEase.
